With two decades of entrepreneurial success in Sweden — including the IPO of Titania Holding AB on the Stockholm Stock Exchange — our team brings unmatched expertise in financing, structuring, and executing complex property and construction projects.
We work closely with investors and developers to match capital with tailored opportunities. This includes short-term investment projects — such as buy-renovate-sell strategies — as well as long-term acquisitions of income-generating properties with low-risk profiles.
Beyond our own ventures, Nikan Capital also partners with other developers, contributing both capital and operational expertise. Through profit-sharing models, we lead development efforts while investors provide funding — creating strong returns backed by decades of experience.
We also fund the construction of prefabricated buildings — a proven, efficient building method widely used in Scandinavia but underutilized in Spain. This approach significantly reduces costs and timelines, delivering rapid, high-quality results.

In December 2021, Titania Holding AB successfully launched its IPO (Initial Public Offering.) on Nasdaq First North Growth Market in Stockholm, raising approximately SEK 470 million. With a market capitalization of around SEK 1.4 billion at listing, the company reinforced its position as a key player in sustainable residential development in the Stockholm region. Titania manages the entire value chain-from urban planning to long-term property management-ensuring quality and long-term value in every project.
